How can I pay?
We bill for the usage monthly in advance. We can accept Credit Cards, Money Transfers, Checks, PayPal, and Google Checkout.

How long does it take to get our company setup?
Idea2Company is automatically provisioned by signing up for a free 30 day demonstration. Once you sign up, we supply a user name and password to your private CRM. You can begin using your new CRM today!

What if I need a feature that is not in the CRM?
First, the Administration Section has extensive customizations including changing field names, drop down lists, and adding new fields. If there are more specific tools that you need, feel free to contact us.

Where do I learn how to work this thing?
First, check out the Support link on this site. We have created a series of demonstration videos that show you basic operations to get you up and running. You can also request one of our sales engineers to meet with you via a webinar, or send us an email any time.

Can I add or delete users at any time?
Absolutely. With the Idea2 Administrative tool, you can add or remove users at any time. We automatically update your billing to reflect the current users in your system. There is no need to notify us of any changes to the numbers of users.

Can I call you if I have a question?
The best way to contact us is through email or the Trouble Ticketing system on our Support page on this site. We do take phone calls if you are having major problems or outages that need to be resolved immediately. For other, less serious support questions, contact us via support@idea2.com.
