Requirements
In this phase, we document the fundamentals of your company including organizational structure (users, groups, roles), data utilization (screens, fields, permissions), and business processes (sales, ordering, delivery/provisioning, care).

This part of the process is easily accomplished. Idea2 is built to mirror your:

Data Utilization
This is the simple process that answers three basic questions:
- What information does each user, group, or role needs to see in order to effectively accomplish their jobs:
- Where does this information reside today?
- What should each user be able to do with this information? Create, read, update, and/or delete?
Process Definition
In this exercise, we define the company’s primary and repeated business process. Because Idea2 is flexible, these processes can easily be adjusted over time. Primary areas of consideration can include:
- Marketing

- Trouble Ticketing/Issues Tracking

Reports/Dashboards
Most companies have – or should have – standardized reporting packages with which they manage their business. We document the reports structure, and design a reporting module that can easily be adjusted over time.

Companies usually find that by consolidating information in Idea2, they can make more efficient use of that data. We can help migrate from existing data stores including:
